畅捷通T+专属云15.0 数据升级上来，查询账表，期间只有15年的

数据是从T+11.5升级上来，查询账表，期间只有15年的，账套是15年到2020年的数据，查询的时候期间只能选择15年，选择不了其他年度。

按下面格式把缺失的区间补齐就可以了。
